Return Policy Details
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bras & bandeaus, earrings, or bracelets unless they arrive defective.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Damaged or Defective Items
