Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your 3/4 sleeve tops, booties, or other fashion finds:
- Initiate your return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and your RMA number
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship your return: Mail the package to: Pretty Dress Top Store Returns

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
Exchanges
Want to exchange that cardigan for a different size or swap your floral top for another style? Simply follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
